Welcome!
Kenicia Wright
PhD, Political Science
I am an Assistant Professor in the School of Politics and Global Studies at Arizona State University (ASU). Prior to being an Assistant Professor at ASU, I was an Assistant Professor at the University of Central Florida.

My research centers on social identities and public policy in American Politics. I focus on effects of race/ethnicity, gender, and other identities and often apply intersectionality to account for multiple, overlapping layers of marginalization. My current projects explore how social identities influence support for conspiracy theories, effects of bureaucratic and political representation on health disparities among women, and donating behavior of the public.
